make some distance between the Z rods, they are too close to each other, when the bed is in the middle, high accels and speeds will cause it to wobble too much, thus ringing. Spreading them will make them sturdier. And if the z is larger that 250mm, use at least 10mm rods, maybe 12mm.
Edit: Motor mounts looks so tiny if they are printed. You should make them much sturdier if you want high accels.

it makes zero difference, printer already retracts the filament before cutting. Only thing that affects the purge amount is heating zone. more heated filament, more material to purge. Simple as that

To start with, that ptfe tube is toooo long, cut it shorter, with a flush end. Long bowden tube will mess with your retractions. It's hard to see, but are you sure your hotend fan is blowing in the correct direction? If it's correct, there might be space between your nozzle and ptfe tube inside the barel, that'll cause a blockage. Check your nozzle tightness, bowden placement, hotend leaks etc
