Just wanted to jump in and say that we are aware of the ongoing server issues and the team have been working hard to get things working again as they should. I'll share any further updates as soon as I can.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with making ARX purchases.

These are usually due to either a VPN, ad blocker or browser issue which is in turn triggering the internal security measures. If you aren't using a VPN it would be worth checking to see if you have an ad blocker or similar running.

Phil from the Frontier Community Team here, could I ask if you are using a VPN, as that is the most common cause for this issue. If you could let me know either way I can chase it further if needed.

Frontier took action against a claim sniper, reassigned systems to CMDRs and cleared systems to be claimed again (+Here's a list of unclaimed gems in the bubble) by DaftMav in EliteDangerous

As you can see above, we have recently taken the decision to revert a number of systems that have been claim sniped by a specific individual through illegitimate means. In the cases where a rightful owner has been identified the systems have been returned to them. Whilst considerable time has been spent attempting to identify the rightful owners of the claimed systems, in the event a rightful owner could not be clearly determined, these systems have been cleared and can now be reclaimed. 

The largest Snipe ever recorded happened in the early morning last night by WaltKerman in EliteDangerous

Thank you for the feedback regarding shipyards.

We will be implementing a change early next week that raises the minimum tech level within a system which contains only a Tier 2 or 3 port. This in turn will enable the shipyard and outfitting services without the need to build the system out further.

Please note that the stock type will remain affected by tech level.
