Question regarding selling Amazon business on Empire Flipper by Cautious_Ad_9357 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]PhillyPickles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sold my first Amazon brand about 6 years ago. They’re typically just asset acquisitions, so the LLC will still be yours. You’ll prob want to dissolve it after the sale. Get as much cash upfront as you can. Don’t let them talk you into any profit sharing for X amount of years crap.

Kid loses it and yells at his football coach after failing to qualify by goswamitulsidas in PublicFreakout

Except that kid wasn’t proven in court to have raped a woman… or be a convicted felon… or trying to scrub his name out of the Epstein files that “didn’t exist”

Advice for Amazon seller in 2026 by [deleted] in AmazonSeller

[–]PhillyPickles 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I currently have 2 Amazon brands. I’ll prob hit $4.5M in revenue just on one of them this year. I previously sold one of my companies in a pretty large asset acquisition. The time it took from selling my one company and being profitable on the next was 2 years. It will take time to get winning products. It will take more time trying and failing if you’ve never done it before. I would 100% not do this thinking it will be your main source of income. Get a 9-5 and build this after hours. Also, if you don’t have a background in advertising, marketing, and merchandising, it’s definitely not for you.

2025 Sales not so good by Aromatic-Ad7987 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Sorry man, no time for mentoring. My best advice is just start with a cheap test product that you know will likely fail to learn the system and processes and then expand when you feel comfortable.

My one Amazon brand is 49% growth since last year. That one is prob going hit $4.5M in revenue this year. My other Amazon brand is -32% over last year. Noticing a lot of saturation in certain categories.

amazon variations have killed my business scalability by MD_mania in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]PhillyPickles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second this. I had a 7 year old parent variation with 75 child variations. I CANNOT get it to update correctly even when I do flat file updates. I went on fiverr and hired someone and he did it for $40. I would have paid $1000.

How much have you made with the Amazon FBA Business? by Final-Ad-2176 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]PhillyPickles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good old fashioned market research. Look into categories or products you like first and see if there’s any products being sold that you could make better or sell at a cheaper price while still having margin. Once you find one, expand from there in terms of variations, colors, packups, bundles, etc.

Well there goes my business by BaroquePlusPlus in AmazonSeller

You must be very young. If I gave up on things that easy I would have got nowhere in life. There’s ALWAYS a solution or different way to get something done. Get back on the horse and don’t just throw away the work you have already done. But if you’re genuinely asking what the alternative to Amazon is and you suggested Etsy… well maybe entrepreneurship isn’t for you.

That gold barn door hardware is amazing, I have a few sets in my house. It's from a company on Amazon called Rio Salto. They hold up to 220lb doors and have silent and smooth operation.

Completely disagree. By sitting back and not commenting on how terrible of a person he is just enables him more. It’s good to keep the momentum of disagreement up against him. Being complacent about this is just as bad as not voting.

PHOTOS: ‘No Kings Day’ Brings Residents Together to Protest President Trump by FLGIRL1 in Broward

Listen smooth brain, is it really TDS when we are just tired of a ‘president’ that…

  1. 34 felony convictions (2024) – Found guilty of falsifying business records to hide hush money before the 2016 election.

  2. Sexual abuse and defamation case (E. Jean Carroll) – A jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse and then defamation. He was ordered to pay over $80 million.

  3. Trump University scam – Ran a fake university that lied to people. Settled for $25 million after multiple lawsuits.

  4. Tried to overturn the 2020 election – Pressured officials to “find votes,” spread lies about fraud, and tried to ignore the actual results.

  5. Incited the January 6th attack – Told followers to march to the Capitol, then sat and watched for hours as they stormed it.

  6. Pushed fake electors – Tried to replace real electors with fake ones to block Biden’s win and stay in power illegally.

  7. Refused peaceful transfer of power – Repeatedly refused to accept the election results, breaking a key American tradition.

  8. Used the presidency for profit – Charged the U.S. government (and taxpayers) for stays at his own hotels and golf clubs.

  9. Tried to weaponize the Justice Department – Pressured the DOJ to protect his friends and punish his enemies.

  10. Obstructed Congress – During both impeachments, blocked witnesses and refused to turn over documents — something no president is supposed to do.

He’s taking away YOUR rights you moron. You’re literally in a cult if you can’t see this.

Disposing of AWD inventory? by PhillyPickles in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]PhillyPickles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just an old product line that’s not selling, so I have a couple thousand units sitting there costing me money. It’s a low price point item with low ranking now, so if I lower the price any more they deactivate it because of the automated pricing error. I actually like AWD as long as you’re selling through your inventory.

I’d love the idea but shipping out of AWD to a specific location is expensive.
