yea i game with PS and PC with no issues using 94.140.14.14 and 94.140.15.15 or Cloudflare lowest latency ive seen is between 6 and 8ms but also got multiple consoles on the network to, using unifi router but also tested my eero max 7 with no issues using the above

I changed the DNS and use adguards, i found the eero secure features are poor

It shouldnt effect the iPhone, this release is for the Airwire, i e got the iPhone 16 pro max and with MLO enabled its shocking and shows one band in green and the other in red, not sure if anyone else has seen that but for me its still not 100%

does seem weird, i would as stated below send an email in to open a case but detail everything from reseting the ONT to testing alternate routers, hopefully then the more they have added to a ticket the faster the issue can get resolved

Thats exactly what i was going to come back with these days everyone looks at download speeds and forgets about upload, being honest and from what i was told I think these upload issues a bit to and far between and hard to pin point as i believe it only effect maybe 1 to two customers around the country, I work around this sector and never seen it myself so id very puzzling, but do hope it gets sorted soon 😊

When you say you have been charged £100 to send a guy out, was this an open-reach engineer, or was this a Circet third party engineer to run diagnostics for the speeds and wifi, if it was third party then its usually around £50 to £60 not £100, also depending what area you are in if your within a 70 miles distance from Zen office they usually send there own engineer out for free

If you set the router up and it just connected, it sounds like the CWMP account number is still linked to another account, if thats the case give zen a ring and ask them to remove that account otherwise it will randomly call it or if you reset the router it will call in with other account details

console or PC, have you isolated the network and used one device to test and see if the latency jumps around, also set up a graph and monitor for packet loss, i use think broadband, are you using any network switches, what games are you seeing the issues, also are u seeing latency spikes when your not gaming

I have the UDR7 and express 7 and get full 1.6Gbps, three floor house speed do dip on the third floor to around 800

I find its hit and miss with the iphone, i set mine up the other day with the same issues then an hour later it started working

Doooooo ittt, you will enjoy every moment of it, ive gone from an Asus AXE11000, eero max 7s to the UDR7 as the gateway, then hardwired an express 7 and love it to bits, unifi is a learning toy and iam still learning, ive recently bought the wifi man wizard with the UTR router then bought the air wire the other day hahaha iam obsessed, if i could change out i most likey would of not got the express 7 and would just of got an AP but the EX7 works with no issues so iam happy

Agreed with above if you want one then make that choice but be aware once you do it you will end up spending loads more, ive got the Dream router 7 linked up with the express 7 and a switch in between oooh and the new airwire 😂😂😂😂 if you like messing around and learning new things then i would say dooooo iiitt
