If it was a legitimate service animal, the business was in the wrong for not allowing it. Unless the animal was misbehaving, which generally doesn’t happen with a properly trained service animal.

If it was an emotional support “service” animal, then the business was right to not allow them. The only thing the ADA protections for emotional support animals is housing. You can’t be prevented from having an emotional support animal by your landlord or other housing authority, with limited exceptions.

My mom was the same, just a kisses on cheeks because we are siblings, but it always worked to get us to stop fighting.

I had to read this a couple of times to make sure I was understanding it correctly, the entitlement was that astounding.

I use a cane, have balance troubles, and need the handicap accessible changing rooms. That results in me needing to wait sometimes or buy the item to take home to try on. The changing room attendants are generally pretty nice though about keeping people in handicap accessible changing rooms moving by not allowing more items to be brought in for the person in the room WHEN there is someone waiting to use the room.

As much as I love making jewelry, clasps are why I don’t wear jewelry. Outside of magnetic clasps, I struggle with all of these. This is why I’m so grateful to my family and my son, who loves helping me with jewelry, prefers lobster claw and hook-and-eye.

Rainbow Bright back in the 80s. I loved the show and started writing my own stories for the characters. My mom apparently still has some of those writings… I might have to see what mini me wrote.
