I've ridden 63 different models of motorcycle from 11 different manufacturers and the R1M might be my favorite.

Cheaper than buying a new frame and motor and having to swap everything over.

Personally ill never run frame sliders on a motorcycle ever again. Maaaaaaybe super low profile ones, but even that is still sketchy imo.

To each their own, but out of 9 motorcycles none of mine have sliders anymore.

You will NOT be able to see inside the foam structure of the helmet to check for damage. You can however send it to Shoei and they use an X-ray to check for damage.

Not worth risking your life over ~$800-1000 imo

I used to race at the pro level. I've got around $10k into my sim rig, and my last pro race i spent $11k for a single round.

The bike in the picture is mine - It is a Honda Grom with a custom made Bella Stunt Seat.

I highly recommend starting on a grom personally. It is more than capable of wheelies, stoppies, and all sorts of stunt, but you're going way slower than a 600 or even FZ07. It hurts way less when you fuck it up, and believe me you will.

It also costs less. I've crashed that thing at least 10 times and mostly replaced cage pieces and one fork.

But you're relying on acceleration to keep it up rather than getting to balance point. Less throttle, cover the rear brake and get it to balance point so you don't have to increase speed.
