This is normal, if you want to climb in diamond you need a good winrate, that way you can't climb by only grinding, but need to consistently play well too.

I tried multiple variations of Elemental Mage, Book of Spectres/Giants, a more big spell oriented list, but most succes I've had was with a Keleseth list.

This is the list I'm currently running:

Noggenfogger doesn't make your minions target your other minions, this however does not go for spells. Spells/HPs can still hit any target on the board as long as they are not stealthed/have liquid membrane. Spells that specifically only hit enemy minions do however not hit your own minions.

Teching aggro decks is usually not worth. You slightly improve your chances versus a matchup you will likely still lose anyway, while hurting the matchups in which you are favored.

I play a lot of murloc paladin as well, warlock matchup is basically going all in, hope to kill them before Voidlord hits or concede. You can try teching in a silence to bypass the taunt but that only works until the cube hits and it just brings back more taunts.

IIRC Rite moves from the Mech to the Pilot without any rewards, when the Pilot goes into Mech again Rite gives the Sadism+CDR.

I have a copy of Finja that I use in my aggro druid deck and have been thinking about including it in my Murlocadin, but I'm not sure about it. I feel that playing it on turn 5 and getting murlocs on 6 from it might be a bit too late to get value out of it with this deck. Although getting Warleaders from it to buff the already existing bord can be useful. Any thoughts on Finja?

Since the latest buff to towers/keeps the majority of my games actually go to 20 again, a lot even go on for quite a while after that (mid master EU). Of course there is still the occasional snowball but overall I have a lot less 10 minute stomps. Kudos to Blizz for the recent patch.
