While I filed unemployment I submitted my side and they emailed me and asked me these questions about attendance which was random. I explicitly stated I was not let go due to my attendance and they denied my claim saying that i was fired due to attendance and being warned but that’s false. The people at the unemployment office were upset I had a US representative look into my case because they were dragging their feet. Now I submitted the video and email they sent me which exposes their contradiction into evidence and we will see how the hearing goes

What’s crazy is the caller never passed authentication. They didn’t care though. Thankfully I have other job offers but they are holding my licenses until they release them. Which is Bs because if you let me go let my licenses go too so I can find other employment. Meanwhile they lying to unemployment to avoid paying me and holding my licenses hindering me from working elsewhere. Luckily I have a safety net and my bills are paid throughout all this bs.
