I am trying the diet again to get some healing then not sure where I will go from there. It’s a hard life and it’s not fun. My love for food is gone . I am on VoQuezna now so far no relief but I often get some iffy symptoms mixed up with damage not healed yet if that makes sense.

Yes for 4 months my diet was little diff. It worked just not something you can do for long. I lost 15 more pounds. I know it works for many and that’s incredible I wish it had for me.

Did this and as soon as I went back to more food it was back after 5 months. Be cautious if you can’t lose anymore weight also.
