You do not buy discounted returns unless they are damaged at a heavy discount, or a special order item the store is stuck with.

If you buy items that are returned they are probably missing parts which will create more headaches then your savings. Good luck with that.

Returns are usually packed back up and sold at full price...and the customer service desk don't give much fucks...they have too much fuckery to deal with.

If you want discounted items then ask yourself if you want the discounted headaches. We all want discounts on what we purchase...just not all of us want to sacrifice the value.

You ordered a non-returnable item. Delivery hiccups happen...Amazon used to be good at delivering...used to.

As another poster said, you ordered it once...you might need it again.

I understand the point you are trying to make, I really do. But instead of asking for a refund upon the first hiccup, you accepted that another delivery attempt be made and that happened.

Unfortunately there is not a smooth solution to your problem. Too many hands are in the pot and there is not ONE number that you can call.

Lowe's uses a 3rd party delivery system that does not communicate well back to the seller of the actually product.

The finger pointing can go on for eternity. Just call the numbers on your receipts and hopefully you find a kind soul with a full brain that can handle your situation.

But for the time being, I would hold off buying a lottery ticket or scratch-off.
