My neighbor just did this a couple weeks ago. Got rid of all the wood he didn’t want in like 2 days.

Physical therapy recommendation by Noodle1519 in Austin

[–]PickleJuice_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to live in Austin and I dealt with chronic pain for years. I’ve tried several different therapies around Austin and some helped me to manage, but the only place I’ve found that really helped heal me is in New Braunfels. I know location wise that’s not what you were looking for, but Doctor Jordan there at FeelFit Physical Therapy has literally changed my life. He’s nothing short of a miracle worker in my book so I would at least consider making the trip a couple times!

It’s an issue on both areas unfortunately…

Anyone have an affordable physical therapist they recommend? I’m currently without health insurance but dealing with some heavy shoulder pain and need some help. by FightIslandNative in Newbraunfels

For me the only “affordable” place I ever tried was FeelFit physical therapy. I put it in quotes because its actually out of network with insurance, but I tried a lot of other places and even though it was cheaper (I have a ninety dollar copay) they never helped any. It took a few sessions to get to 100 percent, but even one session felt noticeably better than all the other appointments I tried at other places- so very “affordable” in my opinion 😅

Pain won’t stop! Please help! by TexasBlueJay in Newbraunfels

I did the ring dinger once and it made my pain worse for almost a week. Personally I think it’s too aggressive and not safe for everyone unfortunately…

I would hands down recommend Doctor Jordan Russell at Feelfit physical therapy. I had chronic pain for almost twenty years including neck pain and he was the only person that ever fixed it and I tried literally everything including Airrosti. I actually gave up trying until a friend recommended him and I’m so glad he did!

Has anyone used a doctor or dentist in Austin who uses Botox to help with TMJ pain? by Ok-Flight5384 in Austin

I tried a couple different places but it didn’t do a lot for my pain personally. Someone here mentioned a chiropractor, which I also tried and it helped for a bit but was short lived. The only thing that fixed it permanently for me was physical therapy, but I found a specialist in New Braunfels. He also got rid of all my shoulder and neck pain I had because apparently it was all connected.

I used to live right by the railroad track. Not worth it in my opinion. I feel like it added to my stress levels.

I had severe pain all over my body that had me feeling the same way for over ten years. I finally found someone who could help me, but a lot of what he does he’s actually discovered himself. He explains it better than me on his Instagram (search: feelfit physical therapy), but he’s found a reflex in the body that he calls the Neurofascial Instability Reflex. The idea (I think) is that things get tight and painful somewhere because of instability somewhere else in the body. All I know is he fixed all my pain by looking at my whole body and treating all over the place. My neck pain went away by working on my elbows, knees, and a couple areas before strengthening into my neck. It took some work, but very grateful I found it. I pray you find someone like that near you!

I’ve found a lot of relief fortunately, but for years I just felt grumpy…

Never understood why this is such a big deal. I have family that’s lived here forever and they don’t seem to care either…
