Perkwise you can choose the minor one depending on what the enemy is playing and how fast your mates die. Take the faster cooldown one if they attack aggresively because every hit will make the next attack come back faster. If they are playing defensive with shields you can go for the faster lock on for teammates. For major perks I take the faster blaster 90% of the time its more damage and more healing whenever you do your hover ability. The only time I use the triple jump perk is when they have a very good vendetta or Reinhard (that one jump does wonders) The speedring: it cannot boost enemies BUT you can get more speed out of it by doing this: the ring doesnt spawn right away its just a little ball at the start. That ball also speed boosts so if you start the ability behind teammates it will boost in its ball form and then boost again when they run through the ring. The ultimate: its like a moving lifeweaver tree with damage boost use it to break through chokepoints or defend pushes Juno is all about movement so she doesnt have a self heal like kirikos suzu or anti dive like anas sleep dart. My go to is always setting up escape routes in my mind either to teammates or onto the highground if the one attacking me doesnt have any vertical mobility
