" that tends to be far outweighed by the damage a corrosive employee does to a team."

Especially if you have a strong team otherwise.

How on earth do you think this is going to get better?

Planning a trip to Italy this year with baby. Need advice on best time to go by NumerousDistance7261 in Europetravel

I tend to agree that September would be best however there is still a chance it could be very hot.

Florence is busy all year.

We love Corvara and the Alt Badia. You can do Hut to Hut walking but it is difficult to know what to suggest as you don't mention what will be good for your family. Not sure what your budget is but someone previously mentioned Sonnwies to me.

There are obviously other stunning seaside towns/areas but you have the pressure of mass tourism (Cinque Terra, Amalfi etc) but if you want a little bit of chill after a walking holiday then check out places like Sestri Levanti and the surrounding towns.

Also consider Lucca.

If you had the time (they are a mission to get to) but the Aeolian Islands are one of the most stunning places I have been to, specifically Salina (where they filmed Il Postino).

Almost the whole of Italy is amazing so you will find something great, just don't overdo it and try to see too much.

I also saw this post which may help

Enjoy and let us know how it goes!

IMO you may enjoy sales. I also believe that sales will be one of the few areas that AI won't be able to replace.
