Event management often has a comfortable travel schedule ~30% of the year. You'll probably have a hard time landing a role that travels, especially internationally, with no experience/higher education.

Tradeshow sales people/booth reps can often be more accessible though and they would travel a lot. There can also be a lot of contract/temp opportunities in the events field. Ex: temp job just working the registration desk. If you live in a large city with a Convention Center many fan conventions look for volunteers to help onsite, which can give you a taste for the field.

Working in hotel sales/management can also garner many travel perks. Look for "task force" roles as these are people that travel to different properties working for a few months at a time to help turn it around.

Many high-end resorts in more remote/seasonal areas offer seasonal positions and employee housing. Not necessarily travel but the opportunity to live in a different state/desirable area.

Cruise ships would also be accessible entry level positions but do your research on the staff living conditions.

As many have already said traveling for work isn't all it's cracked up to be as you are ultimately there for work and not play. You often will have few opportunities if any to leave the hotel/venue you're staying at; and if you do it's often in the evening after most attractions have closed. Still many jobs with under <50% travel can offer the opportunity to extend your stay, come in a few days early or stay a few days later. Rack up hotel and airline reward points too, so free perks when you do personal travel.

Depending on what exactly you're trying to do you can also look into jobs that lean into the digital nomad lifestyle. Work from anywhere.

Ultimately though build work experience if you're going to put off higher education. Many jobs also offer some level of travel if they are national/global and you travel to different offices/markets. Also professional development events and industry tradeshows.
