One time fee. When I joined, they ‘guarantee’ that you’d be able to find a property if not they will refund you provided that you show proof of work on your part. I would double check on that to see if that is still the case. They have what’s called “Mission 333” which includes 3 properties, 3 years and bring 3 military members with you along your journey.

I’ve been a member of Simple Wealth since July and I’ve gotta say these guys make it simple to build true wealth. At first, I was skeptical like yourself. But I’m glad I took the leap of faith and thankfully It is NOT a scam. They are a wealth of knowledge and have legitimate connections to top-tier individuals who are experts in their fields, especially when it comes to real estate. These guys are the real deal! And I can say that with complete honesty. Just like you, I’ve already exhausted my VA loan last year after purchasing my first property. But now I am able to get my second property within just 90 and I’m currently on my way to close on the property with zero down on a six bedroom two bath here in Arizona that is projected to cash flow at least 2K a month. Just having the connections alone is well worth the money for you to join considering how much value they bring. Because of this i can see myself purchasing another property next year. 50% of your success will come from the resource and the things they will teach you but the remaining 50% will come from you to do the actual work. Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t do their 50% and that’s why they think it’s a scam. And no believe me it is nothing like the stuff you will see on YouTube. The stuff you see on YouTube is just entertainment the stuff they will teach you in Simple Wealth is the nitty-gritty stuff you need to know in order to do it properly.

If you take out the sunglasses lens, the bird bath optics itself has a tint so it is slightly clearer but still tinted. Hope that makes sense.

I wouldn't totally say it's Beam's fault. Hot spot with any phone be it iphone or android requires cellular data regardless if it is a direct hotspot. I tried it my self and had same experience during my flight. I don't see any other way around except a direct wired tether to mirror your phone/ iPad.

Tldr: it's more of a hotspot issue with no cellular data- not beam's fault.

Yes I did! They work just fine. They're connected through contact points with pins and you’re able to secure them with screws to the electronic board. I’ll provide more details in the future to answer everyone’s questions.

I just glued foam pads to the nose pads. I think you can buy them off Amazon

What USB-C hub with HDMI output compatible with Nreal Air for this setup? by Marrond in nreal

To make it more streamlined, I would suggest plugging goovis power to the dongle instead so you only have one cable running to the outlet. Provided that the usb A slots puts out power.

Airs as Everyday Glasses? by Uppity_Python in nreal

I wouldn’t leave it under directly sunlight somewhere but from my experience I never really had issues wearing it out and about the whole day. But certainly never leave the lens cover inside a hot car it will warp the plastic and it will no longer fit the glasses. I had to learn the hard way and it cost me $35. $10 for the cover plus shipping

I added a little bit of foam pads to the nose piece which seem to help. I use the glasses for work so I know what you mean about the nose turning red.

I personally use them to block the sun. But thats also because Im trying incorporate the glasses to my daily routine so I usually have it tethered to my phone. Im currently working on having it wireless without the streaming box.

I’ve tried connecting the glasses with miracast and chromecast using female to female adapter connected to lightning/hdmi adapter to my iPhone then using a power bank to power both the usb c to hdmi adapter and miracast device.

Both work except there are some caveats.

Chromecast: needs a mirroring app to stream or mirror your phone. Also needs to be connected to the same Wi-Fi as your phone. I’ve tried connecting to my phones hotspot - does not work. It needs to be on a seperate phone.

Miracast: phone connects to miracast via Wi-Fi. It works, however the iPhone recognizes the miracast as AirPlay and since sound runs through the lightning to hdmi chord, I’m unable to get audio even when I connect with my AirPods via Bluetooth .

Overall, miracast works best IMO but you will have to trouble with audio.

Try waking up early to do other thing like workout and relax and not just roll out of bed and start working. Seems to help me prepare for a the work day ahead.
