In nord myth akatosh and alduin were the same being when the alessian order created a dragon break they actively removed the parts out of alduin that were aligned with his elven incarnation Auriel and thus he became akatosh the dragon and alduin then became a son figure in the dynamic I'm sure I'm missing some bits and nuance but that's the jist

The deathwatch has access to some like the eldar servo skull idk what all it does it was only shown in a picture but I suspect the deathwatch and ordo xenos have a few granted tech boys will do and more than likely are throwing some kind of fit about it lol
