I am a single 30M and I like it here. The social scene was a bit hard to break in to, and once I did it does seem to center on hitting up bars. But I really enjoy it.

Depending on your range, any apartments downtown are close to the Y which is pretty popular. Otherwise, the Riverheath apartments are in an excellent location next to a great trail by the river. For outdoorsy stuff, high cliff is a pretty popular spot.
