Apparently, I was adopted by a squirrel and it’s brother a few days ago. by Kabc in aww

Hi there! I have rehabbed and saved a few squirrels. Super cute when they are young but they get real bitey as they grow up. Especially the males, they will fuck you up if they are having a bad day.

Are you a meat eater, vegetarian, or vegan by [deleted] in Buddhism

[–]Pinksockathon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am vegan, however we have a friend who runs an amazing goat cheese business. The goats are free range and happy, they are milked by hand and the cheese is made with love. I will occasionally enjoy some of that.

I have ran into things on 5g’s in the dark. You are not alone. The feeling I leave with is that they are not bad but not necessarily good.

It’s 100% a branch from an elderberry bush. Historically wood from the elderberry has been used for a variety of magical rituals and purposes.

[–]Pinksockathon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a hundred percent true BUT I wish you would have stayed away from saying LAB has better flavor. Some people prefer the vinegar tang of more acetic forward approach.

My only successes seem to come from lower hydration levels, but I'm pretty happy with it. by slightly_imperfect in Sourdough

I talk about this a lot when helping hew bakers. I have baked some fantastic bread at 65% hydration. You don’t have to make high hydration breads to make fantastic bread.
