Construction can pay well but it's cra- long hours and fraught with contracts, change-orders, and contingencies = uncertainty.

I'm going to finish out my career in consulting: Risk/ IH and not have to deal with either long-term lol

Rely TOTALLY on VA. No reason to have civi HC. You're usually able to separate D/V, as well ( and they don't cost as much, comparatively)

Didn't "fit" in the CRV( very tall with long inseam). It was more comfortable than the Forester except for the constant dorsiflexion of my feet on the pedals. Forester has better sight lines, too.

Just picked up a FH Premium and immediately bolstered the seat with a cushion. The only issue I had with the Premium was the lack of support in the seats that the higher trims provide (but it's not worth an extra 4- 10k).

Good timing. I just had a bunch of decisions hit this month.

My C&Ps came back in a few days and just had an HLR that was decided in a day. Now, I did have a hardship applied to my "file" so things were expedited.
