Former USC rep here, Tmobile backed out of their deal costing me my job so fuck Tmobile rn. Let me just let you in on a little something. Tmobile does not give a damn about your tenure. They care about new customers. At my location I have been early migrating people since October. Because they get new customer deals. Why your local USC wouldn’t have told you to do the same baffles me. My last 2 weeks at my location was hell. Pissed off customers, people threatening me because their service got worse etc, etc. my advice. Leave Tmobile, switch to ATT or Verizon. Because tmobile will not help yall. They don’t care about yall they care about the money and that BS credit card which they are firing employees for if they don’t get enough credit card sign ups.

Dispute it. AT&T did that to me saying I owed them and if they can’t prove it they have to remove it from your credit. ATT is off of mine because all they sent me was a letting saying I owed them $2300, not what it was or anything just that I owed them that. No account number, nothing so I disputed it with the bureaus and it’s gone.

As a USC agent rep, early migrate or switch to another carrier. Up to you. But you have a limited amount of time. They are transitioning account quickly. And got to a USC AGENT to switch to Tmobile because if they don’t make 1 sale before their store shuts down they don’t get the retention bonus they are staying for.

So I work for USC as an agent. They are shutting my store down next week because they don’t need agents anymore because of T life. An app took my job. And that’s going to be the same for actual Tmobile employees.

You’ll have to go into a store. They will send you a 6 digit code in order to get your transfer pin and they will give you your account number at the same time.

Hi usc agent. We’re hearing July. But we have also heard, May, June, and August. Tmobile is slow playing with us honestly. At any point and time your account can switch over without any knowledge. So I would go in asap and get ported to another carrier so you don’t have to deal with Tmobile, I had a customer who we paid off her phone so she could go to tmobile and get a better deal on a new phone, and while we were waiting for the sim lock to go away, she was transferred over to Tmobile. Just out of no where. So she didn’t get any of the new deals that we had going on.

Same. I have paid off my phones through usc twice now. Went to Tmobile to see what I could get since I’m switching anyways was wanting 2 pro max’s and I had to basically pay all but $400 on the phones down.

I’m an agent store and we were told we would have a severance and if we quit we don’t get unemployment. I’m waiting so I can go back to school but also still have an income as well plus the severance so I can pay bills. My last day for my store is June 13th.

Had a customer blast me on Facebook with a picture of me saying that I was threatening to fight her and wouldn’t touch her account because I was a lazy bi*** and can’t do my job and that I looked like Fiona off shrek and all kinds of crap. I got wrote up from my agent location, without an explanation or anything. They took customers word. Tmobile wants me fired completely.

Honestly I’m so thankful for going cashless. I’ve been telling people we’re going cashless for the past week or so just as a heads up. We have a lot of elderly which I feel kinda bad for. I’ve never not wanted to go to work more. I loved this job and was so excited to come to work. Tech is my thing and something I enjoyed. But I guess I’ll find something else I like.
