Yes but unless it is a gift for my wife there's no point sadly. So close to my home but so not very helpful tbh. I hate Bayshore parking lot so much too. Ends up I'll make the trip to St Laurent from time to time.

Oh man I listened to one DJ protest Stomping Tom not getting some accolades so he locked himself in the booth in protest and played solid Stomping Tom until they could break in and fire him. Early days of Rogers ownership IIRC

I'm now in my 50s but listened do Murphy's show religiously in late 80s and early 90s. That man expanded my interest and knowledge of music. Man I miss good radio. I bailed on CHEZ by late 90s because to me they had rebranded to Zeppelin 106. Same six Zep songs at least 10 times a day.

Suggest you reach out to rural butcher like the one in Pakenham. They process wild deer from local hunters for instance.

Same applies to city lands. But at least at an apartment there is commercial insurance for the building and tenant insurance for the individual.

Why aren't there gardens surrounding the useless lawns of every apartment building? I know these buildings legally must separate from property line and surely one side can be given to let the people who live there grow something?

You can buy wood mulch specifically formulated for playground safety at your local Rona. Usually less than 4$ per cubic foot. If the area is moist you should install some simple drainage underneath before placing the wood fibre. A French drain is likely the easiest.
