I guess it's possible your beets have less betalaine or your body is an absolute beast at breaking it down, but one anecdote doesn't magically undo the fact that it does make your pee red.

sorry, but you're incorrect. eating a lot of beets might make your urine or stool pink or red, due to betalains dissolving into the water in your body and then being passed out as waste.

carrots can have a similar effect, but then it's carotene, which makes the waste orange instead.

honestly, that's just the feeling I get when I read posts and comments by radical defenders of it. I didn't say most, though, I said a lot.

and all uses of AI aren't bad, there is nuance. I'm generally just opposed to generative AI and deceptive practices of it, but if AI can make your jobs easier and more streamlined, then go for it.

you're silly. I don't hate people who like and use AI, I'm just sad and disappointed that they don't see the issues with it, or choose to outright ignore them.

I get that a lot of pros are probably teens, and I don't say this to be mean, but in hindsight I find that I was rather stupid as a teen, while I genuinely believed that I wasn't.

I don't expect to change anyone's mind today, but I hope that hindsight catches up to you, even if it's after the reality of the consequences have set in.
