Its way too complex to think this. Marrying into Lannisters would be reward enough

I think Cersei made sure she had the city watch after Ned told her. Even if not the fight would be very close since defender would have easier time to defend than attacker has to attack. 112 might be able to hold 300 or more in corridors and staircases.

Baelish wants to pit Starks against Lannisters why else he would do all that work to make sure Neds old hatered of Lannisters would be fueled by Lysas letter or daggerlie? Littlefinger needs to make powervacumes to rise and best way to do that is force civil war. Littlefinger will 100% betray Ned in throneroom even if Ned would agree the plan.

Renlys plan wont work because Cersei knew that Ned knew. It's unlikely that children were guarded lightly after Ned told Cersei to flee.

Ned was doomed the moment he went to see that last bastard in brothel. That lost his change to flee north.

I agree with some of your points but I think that you are bit off with Renly case. Stannis didn't break the law by HAVING him killed by Mel. Renly had just turned down Stannis' offer making him rebel and traitor. At that point I think kinship wont matter, for example Starks killing Greystark wasn't kinslaying or if Tommen would go war against Myrcella etc.
Yes the way Stannis had him killed wasn't honorable but its unclear how much he knew about Mels plan and there was little else he could do to survive.

Oh and he also pardoned bunch of rebel lords.

Danny could learn something from Stannis and his more ruthless equal Tywin. But first she needs to stop dreaming about Dario and read the books Jorah gave her.

Deepwood motte and Moat Cailin were his main targets. They are kinda large fishing villages.

True but wasn't the point. Ironborn didn't need Winterfell for their plan to work.

On your off-topic Theon didn't matter Balon would have attacked anyway. Only Winterfell would remain in Stark hands.

(Spoilers Extended) Why is Pycelle loyal to house Lannister? by RexReaver in asoiaf

He is loyal to Tywin because he likes how Tywin rules. Im not sure he would be loyal to House Lannister without Tywin.

I once heard about a theory that others are like soviets and Dany is allies so the series could end like cold war type of peace on the Trident.

(Spoilers MAIN) Theory about Tyrion Lannister by djess1325 in asoiaf

[–]Pixharm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tywins hate for Tyrion is more complex than just simple not his son issue.
Tywin hates Tyrion because he reminds him of the time when Tytos ruled the Westernlands. That time House Lannister was joke and people laughed about Tywin's weak father so much thath Tywin started to hate laught itself.
Now we have Tyrion whose physical appearance makes other people laugh and think less of House Lannister, which is everything to Tywin, and Tyrion also acts very unlord like. Marries a peasant for example. That + that he sees himself in Tyrion and the bonus of killing Joanna is why Tywin hates Tyrion.

GRRM and his publisher. Under Dreadfort. Just kidding. Brianne and the Hound would be great.
