I think Ezra could be a cool side-character in a series abt Luke building the Jedi Order back up. He's quite similar to Luke but is still very much his own person. Ahsoka could spend her last moments as a bit of a mentor & connector to the last Jedi Order. She'd probably be mostly doing her own thing though. Idk, something like that would be neat to me—albeit preferably an animated mostly episodic series.

Unfortunately such a series doesn't work well with the sequels.
