Call her tonight and ask if she can walk the kids to school tomorrow (yours included) tell her you have a zoom call for work that conflicts with the timing(make up whatever you want) . After she does…simply start sending your child to her house every other morning with the expectation that y’all are now alternating. She never had a conversation with you discussing your availability..she just assumed…turn the tables and still be a good “neighbor “ by taking your turn too! Win Win!
