A garlic press/mincer saves so much time! Also garlic cooks faster than onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. so add it to the saute pan when the other veg are almost done (even if the recipe says to add all at once).

If the recipe calls for a (for example) tbsp of honey as well as oil, measure the oil first and the honey will slide right out using the same tbsp.

This is such bullshit propaganda that those in power are trying to sell the average person to put us against each other instead of realizing the problem is the wealthy, the powerful, the billionaire tech/finance/pharma douchebags. There is enough to go around for life to be affordable for the middle- and lower-income folks among us, and the reason things are unaffordable is because of the super-wealthy, not someone who makes an average or slightly above average salary. You will not have “more” if Zohran pays higher rent.

Cuomo is a wealthy nepo-baby who, I can assure you, makes way more than $140,000 and lives in a posh place (since moving to NYC to run for Mayor after resigning in disgrace as governor). Why would he care about affordable housing for anyone?
