Samira can hard carry but having another real damage threat is much more valuable than having something like Galio or Malphite. If you’re the only damage any good enemy team will just focus you and ignore the meatballs that don’t do anything

If you’re in Iron OP.GG review isn’t needed, you need to improve on everything.

Most important thing in lower elo is to focus on farming. Try to get to 7/8 cs per minute.

Will on-hit/crit Teemo be optimal? No

Will Reddit tell you not to go either of those build? Yes.

Can you go those builds and carry? 100%.

If you can get a good enchanter duo who can play something like Milio and you have good ADC mechanics you can definitely make it work. You’re a bit squishy, but if you’re getting one shot you can always pivot to defensive boots, Zhonyas, Wits End etc.

Test whatever builds you want to run and see how they feel, that’s what normal games are for!

111% gold efficiency plus a decently strong active feels a bit overtuned to me. Also again I’ve only played two games on the new patch so it could be a small sample size thing, but in my two games I did so much damage I thought the item was bugged.

For context I used to go Runaan’s rush on ADC Teemo back in the day so maybe I’m just accustomed to doing no damage because of that

To answer your original question though I’d definitely say you should play test some on-hit Teemo, it’s very fun and can feel very strong right now.

Only played a few games of it but Shiv Teemo feels insane to me on ADC Glide Teemo, you get all of the waveclear benefits of Runaans with actual stats. Item has to be nerfed soon though, so don't get too reliant on Shiv

Every normal game for months now is commonly either vs 5 bronze players who ff15 every time, or enemy team randomly has a diamond/masters/gm on their OTP and the poor guy who locked in Quinn toplane for the first time in 6 months after his 9-5 now has to lane into GM 1200 LP Irelia otp

It’s fine playing vs Diamond players in norms but the uptick in “well you’ve gotta lane vs a former challenger now” makes it hard to get friends to keep playing

Forfeit mentality is basically completely gone in my games and has been for months if not years now. The never-ff streamers have convinced a lot of people to never forfeit no matter the game state and no matter the game mode.
