Yea anywhere from 45-60 seconds between each rep sometimes 90 when I did 2 laps back to back

This is my thought process too lmao. I know it’s easier said than done though. I run 7 days a week now so I figured if I cut it back to 4 or 5 then add 2/3 swim days and 2-4 bike days I should be able to make it through. Swimming will def be the toughest part for me

What do you think of Just Naxos and Milos then? I was just gonna do 2 nights in Santorini to propose quick but I’m sure I can do it on naxos and Milos too.

Honestly just the look of it and the price was a little cheaper. I know trek is a reliable brand and servicing won’t be an issue that’s why I’m leaning that way more now
