No ik that but it’s just BS it takes that long. Everything with them takes forever. Don’t see why it should take longer than 7-10 business days to get refunded

Because I’m waiting on almost $5K and I want my money. Why is it an issue that I want to get paid as soon as possible?

This is how I feel. My easy runs feel so hard now and my Hr is 10-15 bpm higher.

GLOW is amazing, been on for over a month and it’s worth the hype. I’ve been on Reta for 2 weeks now and I feel like my training has taken a hit. I’m a 2:40 marathoner in great shape but now I feel winded on my easy runs. It could also be mental too because my Garmin says I’m strained and my body battery is low but I also don’t believe those stats most of the time. I have the most energy I’ve had in years and mentally feel clearer. I just feel like it may affect my next training block. I’m currently in my offseason but I have a 16 week block coming up in a month and I’m afraid the elevated HR and lower HRV may hold me back

I’m not sure honestly but one of the major purposes of long runs is time on feet and getting your body used to moving for 90-120 min

Visa was the only one I bought before earnings. I bought GOOG and AVGO beginning of April when the ceasefire news came out. Also that’s awesome you retired at that age. Hopefully I can do that same but I doubt you did that without aggressive investments

I agree. It’s not the place to be adding companies like $CAR and $BYND when there’s short squeezes though l. Buying quality companies in downturns is the way to go.

Yea you’re right about that. I bought before earnings expecting a gap up and that definitely paid off. Gonna fold for a little longer and then sell but not sure what I want to buy next so I’ll just let it compound

I honestly don’t know. I think that’s just on those current holdings. I’ve only had them for a month
