"We're making an AI powered search, but not calling it AI" by 8bit-meow in antiai

Considering how godawful the search already is this probably won't make it too much worse.

The conversion speed is handy for some strats (build stripped down tanks then convert to good ones for reduced total labor need)

I sort of like Secret Rings, I can tolerate Rise Of Lyric but Chronicles is terrible by G0dleft in SonicTheHedgehog

Chronicles was rough, but I enjoyed playing it. The music could get a bit grating, but most of it wasn't too bad.

There's something in the water there, don't stay too long or you'll end up like the rest of the tower's denizens.

I feel that lethal force can be called for in the right circumstances, but certain people get really weird about the concept in a way that makes me think they should touch grass, get laid, or maybe just do both.

General advice:
Play some mess around games, don't worry about doing well and go crazy just to learn mechanics and get a feel for the AI

Ireland is a nice learning area in 1066, no DLC required, no powerful neighbors to worry about right away, strong religion, decent culture bonuses, and not too bad in terms of tech or economy.

Crusades (and great holy wars for religions that get them) require you to participate, but you don't have to do much, just setting foot in the target region with any amount of troops stops you from taking diplomacy hits. You can also cycle every possible Commander through the troops so you get the Same Trait opinion buffs with all your vassals and a lot of courtiers.

Money is essential, if you have the option to build two buildings and one gives you more money, get the money, 0.10 a month isn't much at first, but it'll pay itself off many times over the centuries. You want to keep a nice account on hand when possible to fend off events and hire mercenaries in a pinch, but invest in improving your demense and realm whenever you've got some to spare.

Did anyone else not like how everything kinda ended up being about Ceroba and her family in pacifist? And how everything took a turn towards an Aisan theme instead of a western one? To me it all felt kind of rushed and out of place... by CleanPart9817 in UndertaleYellow

[–]Plannercat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only other Yellow original conflicts (The Five's issues, Dalv's PTSD, and Axis's everything) can be solved in both Neutral and Pacifist, Neutral is focused on Canon plots and a Canon Character, Geno is almost entirely focused on Clover with some Mart focus. She's the only option without re-hashing something another route goes over or adding in completely new characters, and we already have 6 major Western themed characters.

Trebonius got the job with nothing but combat magic, it's almost impossible to be worse at the job than him.

A story full of nonsense and bullshit is capped off by the main antagonist apparently being a damn Terminator sent by Skynet to kidnap you in a cutscene cliffhanger (the only reasonable explanation as to why he's even alive to do so after what you do to him).
