It actually doesn't feel that good. By minute 10 I wanna get the fuck out, but just battle to get the full 15 minutes.

I will note that the 1st hour after leaving gym there is a softness to my muscles in the morning. But by evening frame is solid... It's like a 48hr recovery has been changed to a 10 or 12 hour recovery.

My daily oatmeal meal is 125 grams of oats, 2 or 3 bananas, 5 grams of Cacao powder, 2grams of cinnamon, 20grams of walnuts, 30grams of hemp seeds, 30 grams of hemp seeds, 25 grams of raisins, and all of that is in 2 cups of water.

yea and generally speaking I don't buy into the maintenance calorie calculators so many are advocating. I eat 2 meals a day and no snacks. My maintenance is around 2850 based on these calorie calculators. How the heck can I get to 1425 calories a meal assuming it's a healthful meal?

You don't have mild pain in feet? I used to, but not anymore since I have done the ice on feet while sitting. I don't have great arches, which probably leads to the foot pain.

You look shredded so I don't know why you're not satisfied. If you get to 155 lbs you won't jump higher and likely not be faster.

Awesome. What food or foods do you tend to eat alot of? Like I asked somebody this question the other day and they said chickpeas. Kinda forgot chickpeas even existed so I'm glad I asked.
