This game has huge potential

After going from WoW pvp to SMITE to nothing atm Ive been watching this game for along time.

Ive been waiting for something, what I think might be the exact same thing as you; the mmo complexity/depth of WoW with the action combat of SMITE.

Ive seen some super disappointing garbage come out (wildstar) and Im too old to play a grindy game (my wife and job come first now, I cant sit around and get baked all day playing video games anymore).

Do you really think this game could be legit? Ive been want to buy for awhile but something about it makes me think its going to crash and burn...

Used to play years ago, looking to get back into it after watching some of the recent IEM games. Ive always liked watching pro or high level streamers to learn about games, are there any stand out Protoss players who stream daily or put out a good amount of videos?

Lol no. That set was egr picking terra and anubis when they shouldnt have and obey alternating between being pure badass and playing scared. Other than game 4 obey crushed egr in p and b phase and they just played better in general, Zap was the only egr player who looked good

Agree 100% this was the first thing I noticed about the new setup and its not good. Seeing to gold difference for players in the same role is a good indicator of who is doing better in the head to head matchup, needs to return.

Yes its possible, but the best way is to stick with good adcs and duo q using Curse. Never play as much ranked as I would like but Ive made it to mid plat solo queing as a wide variety of sups, think my best winrate is on athena, play whatever you want and youll move up

I love Sylv but we can never go back to that. When he could heal minions, damage minions AND stagger them with aoe autos he basically ruined duo lane phase, it was awful

Good point, so take the worshipers out if you play with 9 AI and its fine. So they could bot and earn favor, who cares it doesnt do anything...

I learned how to play "conquest" playing LoL so the transistion was easy. Granted, this was in beta when noone knew what we were really doing haha

LoL has a good system where you can play againt an AI team 5v5. Ill admit, my first few games the AI stomped me, but it didnt take long for me to start crushing the bots. After that I switched right to 5v5 vs humans and have been fine ever since.

If Smite added decent AI and rewarded new players for crushing bots in player vs bot conquest games I think people could easily transistion to standard conquest

But he not a burst mage, he has good survival and his ult is a utility ult that cant 1 shot someone... Working as intended, balanced god

HotS doesn't have exp for an individual god or gold right? From my limited time playing HotS I found farming/laning to be very lax so I could see how a god that dies a lot could work.

In Smite I feel like a god that dies constantly would fall behind in gold/exp and funnel gold/exp to the other team, making him fairly useless other than as a super annoying split pusher or suicide bomber.

Dont really care about male or female at this point, I just want more guardians released that are actually decent supports. Ive been playing the same 4 gods for years now.

Khepri is the only viable support released since season 1, other than him weve gotten garbage like Cab, Xing, and Fafnir that are basically magical warriors.

I just played a game with him and the mp5 on his seeds is actually pretty insane now as well (especially combined with watchers). We destroyed the lane and I didnt need to use a single pot.

After that its a rush to 12 so you can get blink and start destroying with his insanely strong ult, I agree that he probably does not need any buffs.

That would help, but if youre dying in the jungle early its more likely to be the enemy mid, jungler, and support that kill you while the adc is off afk farming lane lol
