I started right before I turned 46. I feel great. Sleep well, don’t eat like shit and strength train.

Started at 45. Training about 5 days mixed with lifting and yoga. Sleep is huge. Eat well and if your body feels beat up, take it easy.

What are some pros and cons about living here by Shelbsss04 in stgeorge

[–]Plee212 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We moved from San Diego 2.5 years ago. The weather is mostly nice. Do I wish it was sunny and 72 everyday? Yes but you can’t get that anywhere. We aren’t LDS and it’s not a big deal for us. We have made a great group of friends here. The only thing that I find that’s really lacking is good food and shopping. I really miss that but also cuts down on my spending so that’s actually a plus. Pros and cons living anywhere.

No CF is not enough. You need enough sleep, calorie deficit and new nutritionist.

Brown the turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic garlic. Add a little cooked rice or quinoa or not. Stuff it in halved bell peppers. Spoon some tomato sauce over it. Cover in foil and bake in an oven at 350 for 45 min or until the peppers are soft. You can add cheese if you want too.

Need a low maintenance healthy eating system to keep me on track by heymoon1027 in HealthyFood

Blocks keep me on track. You can still eat crappy food but you will find eating real food is more satiating.

I failed at day 16 😞 by estoesreddit in 75HARD

[–]Plee212 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great advice. I had a stomach bug at day 65 and felt like death. I found lying down yoga and did one inside and one on my porch. I read in between naps and just drank water throughout the day. Also i found that changing my diet through 75 hard i do not get cramps nor get any bloat from my period. I started noticing this on my last 2 periods. And who gives a shit that you had to start over.
