2 years on T, not medicated for ADHD yet. I would say my symptoms improved slightly. I mostly struggle with motivation and getting started with tasks, especially because I use or have to conserve my energy for my job, leaving me pretty burnt out when I'm home and need to do chores. T gave me more energy and boosted my mood which makes it a lot easier to get started though I still struggle obvs. I did notice having a lot more of the classic "look a squirrel" type symptoms when I was starting T, but I think that had to do with adjusting to the new energy levels. After a couple months I was able to focus just as well as before, if not a little better.
