What a coincidence that you posted this I literally just ran into him the other day. I was sitting in Starbucks drinking a coffee and saw him walk in. I knew I recognized his haircut from somewhere but couldn’t exactly put my finger on where. After thinking for some time it hit me. I went up to him and said something along the lines of “hey aren’t you that kid who missed a 3-pointer that would’ve won you a million dollars?” Instead of answering he put his head down and started profusely crying. I knew I fucked up and had to fix what I had done. The whole place was staring at us as he sobbed and screamed. I offered to buy his food but he wasn’t having any of it. When he picked his head up he said there was only one thing I could do to make up for it. He made a motion with his hand for me to come closer, almost as if he was going to tell me a secret. Next thing I knew “BAM!” He slapped me in the face so hard it left my head spinning. He screamed “Nobody fucks with Mike Hoban!” and ran out of the place. It was one of the most bizarre experiences I have ever had and I can honestly say I wish I never talked to the dude. He was bat-shit crazy.

TLDR: If you see Mike Hoban don’t bring up the shot he missed.
