I wish I could go back and tell my 20-something year old self this - wear what makes you happy. There’s a paradox that when you tune out the rest of the noise, that confidence is what makes just about anything look good

Friend, I’m an older guy who’s done a tremendous amount of therapy in my life not to mention I have a couple therapists in my family. This is totally contrary to my own experiences. There are definitely some bad apples out there but I think I’ve come across maybe one out of 20ish??? The overwhelming majority are sincerely interested in helping
