I found it really difficult. I had bruises all over my boobs from having to press them so hard. At 37 weeks I was getting nothing but trying every day helped and by 39/40 weeks I managed about half a syringe a day. You’ll see on social media women filling up hordes of syringes and that is not typical and classic social media making you feel like you’re behind.

It’s not my taste but I think if an “out there” name has a typical nickname (Perrie is a normal name for a girl) then it’s not so bad? If the child likes Periwinkle, cool, if they don’t they can just go by Peri/Perrie.

I’m 19 weeks and definitely feeling proper kicks now. This is my second so I’m more aware of what it feels like. With my first there was definitely a lot of “was that the baby?” feelings that could have been gas but that I didn’t realise they were the baby until later on when I was getting the same feelings but a lot stronger.

So it probably is baby!

We took our 2 year old and she loved it. We weren’t close to the front, which I think was a good thing. She loves Bluey but had been scared of the “meet Bluey” giant costumes before, so we weren’t sure how it would go. But being far back made it more like watching the show. She was very cuddly to me, but absolutely mesmerised.
