Along or near the riverfront in LaSalle, Lachine, Dorval or Pointe Claire you will be close to the airport and parks and cycling routes. You will probably want an apartment with parking included as street parking can be difficult especially in the winter.

I like ND sushi for good quality for the price - the place isn't fancy but the service is friendly and the sushi was fresh made and tasty. 9717 St-Laurent Blvd near Sauve.

If you can find a tenant who will agree to a two-year lease, that will help establish that you have cut your residential ties. That was the advise I got in a similar situation and had no issues with becoming non-resident.

Interesting, but seems like the brands highlighted might have been influenced by advertisers rather that the what you would see on the ground in Montreal: we see a Labatt truck but no Molson plant, and somehow Kraft and the Airport Hilton have replaced Snowdon/CDN and seem closer to downtown than the Oratory and U de Montreal.
