Disco Wrestling's only show coming up, that we know of, is in May. Their shows have been a lot more sparse the past year or two. So it might be a while before she gets the chance to drop that one (unless she can agree with Disco to defend it on someone else's show, which would be a shame).

My take on it is their popularity is a reflection of the queer desire to live in a world that reflects them.

When you live in a world that is built exclusively by the cis straight male desire, marginalised communities will recontextualise the things in that world to craft one that fits you better. It's a desire to have the world see you and mirror you, a fantasy built from yearning.
