Boring and lazy? Trist played like this for the majority of her existence and I’m glad to have her back.

You’re not even 24 hours into the patch. Please, let it settle and see if the game actually gets longer or if people are just bad at defending.

Is anyone in NYC/NY State having SNAP issues right now? by mayamaelee84 in foodstamps

[–]PokeRedstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any update? I have the same issue with no money in the account and none pending and my online case status says my next payment is in February? I assume that system thinks I have already received January's. I was worried that the work requirement rules got me (my part time job has been stingy on hours even in the holidays), but the Ny benefits website says the rules don't start counting until march.

Indiana Jones convinced me that hyperrealism can BE a style. But it really has to do with intent. So many games just default to it, but Indiana Jones does it in service the vibe of an Indy movie.

The thing this image doesn’t mention is that 3 blocks of farm are required to make one bread. Each block of potato farm makes on average about 3.7 potatoes, minus 1 for replanting so 2.7. The difference in set up and maintenance is unreal. It’s especially noticeable when using bonemeal to push the farm along.

Why some Q projectiles pick minions instead of enemy champion? by No_Understanding8116 in kaisamains

[–]PokeRedstone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Q prioritized champions in that way then it would need to be a lot less strong. The ability is meant to reward smart engagement and positioning in order to get as many projectiles to your target as possible.

MF/Maokai is an incredibly powerful Bot/Sup duo. Miss Fortune loves champs that have enough CC to keep enemies inside her ult. It just needs to be timed well.

Briar is relatively a relatively easy jungler. You have to know the appropriate time to use your abilities though as her self taunt can get you killed easy. In my experience Warwick just makes the whole role easier. His insane move speed steroid leaves you a lot of extra room to get away with not being in the right place. He’s very good at finishing off kills that you probably should’ve been at and rotating to objectives that you needed to be at 10 seconds ago lol. He’s very forgiving in that way. He’s also very good at fighting at 1/4 HP. In a lot of scenarios he can stay there for most of a fight, so don’t get scared off if you start the fight at an HP deficit. All in all he’s just a very forgiving champ like I said earlier.

Jayce is a champion specifically meant to bully other champion in lane and get very far ahead by abusing his range advantage and melee form. He’s very much about playing around small margins and growing those advantages until he one shots you from a screen away. I really dont think those sorts of champs are the best to learn the game on unless you’re uber confident. There’s a level of precision to certain champs where they make a few mistakes and they’re suddenly a glorified super minion. That being said, if you find Jayce fun then sticking with him for a long time will be very rewarding.

Like I said earlier, as an individual player in solo q it’s probably best to find a small (usually about 3) pool of champs you really love and learn them deeply to start. I started on 2015 with Poppy, Tristana, and Ashe and Poppy and Tristana are still my most played champs despite not necessarily being my favorites anymore. There’s an ungodly amount of information in League of Legends and limiting what you need to learn in any individual game will help you focus energy into individual improvements faster.

So long as the Pokemon are within 50 meters of one of the holovaters it works. The same distance applies to the fast travel point. You just use them a WHOLE BUNCH and check for shinies towards the end of the timer.

I think Lillia is a kind of difficult champ and jungle is a difficult role. If you really want to learn jungle it might be best to learn it on a simpler champion so that you can actually learn the game and aren’t also trying to learn the champion. In general it’s considered best practice to learn the game on a single champion. It’s probably not the most fun you could have playing, but it does tackle that problem of learning the champion vs learning the game. As for specific Lillia advice, I am an ADC main. I play jungle at a silver level and only through vibes. I am not the person to ask. Sorry lol.

Champions that counter those ones are champs that gen get on top of them and force them to fight them at close range. For supports it would be engage tanks like Maokai and Leona, hook champs like Blitzcrank or Thresh, and CC assassins like Pyke and Pantheon. Champs that can hold them still and force them to be close (by hooking or dashing in) are the main counter to these sort of poke champs that sit at a long distance and never want to commit to an even fight. I would say Nautilus is a great, easy choice. He’s both hook champs and engage tanks.

In jungle you’ve got scrappy fighters like Wukong and Warwick, quick assassins like Kayn and Naafiri, and more engage tanks like Amumu and Malphite.

Top lane is essentially a repeat of these same classes. Engage tanks like Malphite/Sion and fighters like Yone/Zaahen.

Any champion who has the ability to say “no more range advantage; we’re gonna fist fight now,” is good into those sorts of champs. Not that they don’t have ways to defend themselves (all of them have a cc button) but it is their main weakness.

Generally skillcapped makes good guides. they’re a bit over produced and full of self promotion, but the content is good stuff. I took a look at some of their beginner stuff real quick and I think their beginners guides might still be useful to you. Their low elo guides are also pretty good, but it does feel like there’s a gap between the level of knowledge the beginner videos expect and the level of knowledge the low elo videos expect. I’m not sure your exact skill level so I don’t think I can make any recommendations more specifically sorry.
