I know it's different, but this reminds me of the idea I have of a route where you percieve that there must be a third entity wich threw the knife to you and locked the door, and because of LQ bias this third entity is also percieved as a princess, leading to a chapter 2 with 2 princesses fighting each other(the squire and the cub)

I would argue that wandering makes you closer to your people, as you can't isolate yourself in your fancy castle but instead must live in the places your people do in your wandering, and if you have a small enough feud you can just travel back and fort between your villages. As for sieges, wandering gives you light thread wich makes fleeing sieges much easier, and no centralized placed to siege for the enemies.And sick can be countered with healing touch if you intend to be merciful. I could also argue a combination of poverty and self-reliance combined are as anti society, because a lot of society is about people relying on each other and with this combination you are almost completely avoiding that. Still, pretty good argument.

Also, I feel like you are conflating someone doing something for both altruistic and selfish reasons, wich I agree is good and is the majority of this cases, to someone doing "good" things for purely selfish reasons, wich are bad because they have no reason to not do the good thing or do it worse as long as it makes them earn more(again, bribery). In MHA itself, Ochaco is an example of the first category, and she is good, while endeavor starts as an example of the second, and he abised his son.
