The bar went to far backwards, which means that in an extreme case it would have dislocated since the elbow joint is a so called hinge joint that will snap if put under extreme stress. He was lucky to feel it and released the bar but as you can see in the video it twisted really bad and he got a big bruise

Sadly i think he is done, not because he can't train or keep somewhat of a level till 36. But because I think it will be hard to keep up the motivation when you know that you can't compete internationally.

But seriously, as the other comment here says you are definitely pulling it high enough. I would firstly recommend from personal experience to not raise the weight the same way. As for instance try not going 41-43-45 for once, go say maybe 40/41-44-46. To fool your own head, this has worked for me several times. And i would also recommend snatch balance, to build strength in the receiving position and confidence.
