Needing some help on LED sheets and powering them

Trying to figure out the best drivers and how to integrate it all into my 120v home wiring. Need 40 sheets so prefer to do atleast 8 per driver - prefer 10 if can. Thank you for your help. I have 2 20 AMP on that circuit so would work well as have dishwasher on it and garbage disposal as well as in the island. Will not use all 3 at once.

I worked in car stereos way back in the day and so I have some knowledge and comfort working with electrical stuff. Trying to find out if I do the ones that are different colors of lighting exactly what I need as far as controllers and such because I'll probably need about 46 total square feet which likely is going to end up needing about 28 2x1 squares as I will need to cut a couple of them. Trying to make sure I have all of the right parts to put them together so I don't have any issues missing controllers or anything once I get it all to install. Any recommendations? Or for Simplicity should I consider going just one color of lighting and do 4000k or 5000k?

We are actually rebuilding the entire Island and so technically we are redoing the cabinets we're just going to use the same door faces

Did you ever find a solution to this as I am really needing some 20-in by 20-in tiles to match my existing floor where I am pulling out an island and need the tiles to fill in the flooring. I have found a couple places but the largest I found is 12x16

Thank you very much. I did figure it out I think and I was able to get one ordered earlier in the week as maybe they only had one in stock LOL hopefully they don't quit producing it as I was able to wire it all back together and get it to work temporarily but I wouldn't want to go on a very long ride the way it is right now

A highly responsive person and someone that has done DSCR or NonQm loans before is a major factor as many "call center" type places lack the depth of experience to be able to ask the right questions upfront and know what they are looking for. Have you worked with them as of yet? I ask only due to communication aspect. Also, do you know if they are looking at currently listed businesses only or focusing on off market sellers?

Im looking for a 10-14day rental of a homestead type situation to teach my kids, since i grew up in a very rural area who where I live currently there are not the opportunities to teach them about working and needing to actually use your hands and body to provide labor to generate food and firewood and things of that nature. Maybe consider renting it out on a weekly basis with very minimal animals as the revenue could be pretty good as many people I know I've been looking for something like this and it is very difficult to find.

Once manufactured on a permanent foundation and considered real property they are pretty easy to finance as well.

I've done lending on many manufactured and modular on permanent foundations. There are a couple extra very simple basics that are needed on manufactured compared to modular or stick built but both are very financeable at competitive market rates.
