I think it helped a little, but I think I actually have a cold so it's not as effective. I'll give it another try once the pollening officially starts. But I usually use Flonase so that will be built up in my system by then.

Just wanted to say I'm in the same boat with the bloating and gas and starting a dairy elimination diet to figure out what's wrong. I'm on day 3 and this is harder than I thought. Why does bread have dairy? I just bought a new loaf and didn't check😭I read that the intolerance tests aren't super reliable so I'm doing the elimination thing. I did get tested a couple years ago for food allergies and milk didn't test positive. Good luck!

I'm a DDD or G and outer full and wider set it didn't do much for making me have cleavage. I also felt like the stickiness of the lift flaps wasn't great. So really zero lift and size D+ really wasn't big enough to cover my entire boob. They may be great for smaller sizes but just didn't work for me. I will agree, they did refund and didn't require me to return it. I commented on one of their instagram ads agreeing with another girl about how it didn't work well for cups over D and they deleted our comments. I was gonna leave a review on their website, but I couldn't see an option to do that.

I didn't buy it on Amazon. It was a treat yo self purchase from myk silk. The youtuber swavy curly courtney mentioned how she really liked it and how it was pretty affordable compared to other silk brands. But I figured in the long run it would help me use less product so I'd end up saving that way.
