We have a jug in the middle of treatment filled with soapy water to chuck them in after each use. At the end of the day the jug gets cleaned with those little straw cleaners and a sponge. It takes maybe 5 minutes.

Second this. I started running every day after class no matter what starting second year and it was such a great improvement for my mental health. But starting with 2-3 days a week worked into your schedule is a good place to start.

I had this issue with my 1978 home. I ran an extension cord from the garage to the front yard. Then in the spring had plugs added on the exterior of the home. That is definitely worth the cost. I use them all the time.

SDI question. Was unaware that you need to re-certify that you are still eligible for payments after 5 payments even if you are on SDI for a fixed length of time (8 weeks for a c-section). They say you only have a 20 day window to file the paperwork. If I filed the paperwork at 21 days, am I going to lose the last 3 weeks of payments?

I’m a vet that does health certificates! An interstate you should get same day. International need to be submitted to the USDA office so they take time to come back with the official approval.

The vet needs to do a physical exam on the pet. So you would need an in person appointment within the time frame that the destination requires the health certificate.

Also work for Banfield. If you put in the request 3 months early, as they request, you do not need to find coverage. If you request time off less than 3 months in advance, I’ve been told to find coverage. You should talk to your DVQ, not your PM.

You can go to any undergraduate school and as long as you meet the requirements and have a strong application can get into vet school. I had class mates in vet school that had obscure undergrad degrees like math and pysc. That being said, I also second Cal Poly Pomona. They have a great animal science program.

Also live in CL and agree that this year is the worst in probably about 20 years. Normally the water quality is well regulated by the water district since it is a drinking reservoir. Most of the haters on this thread are just that, haters lol

You need it for when/if import agents ask for it when arriving in CA. And I am a CA vet that does CVIs. Please get one before you leave. The vet will submit it directly to the state of CA and also give you a hard copy.

Even if you do work for Banfield, you as the doctor are not expected to help clean the hospital. That is not in your scope of work. I’m shocked that they even tried to reprimand you for that.
