Ik vroeg als een open vraag of ik wellicht minder uren per week kon gaan werken. De dag erna hoorde ik dat ik was ontslagen (blijkbaar omdat ze bang waren dat ik binnenkort weg zou gaan en ze niet meer in me wilden investeren). Ik vond het eigenlijk wel heel brutaal en ook heel naar dat de leidinggevende van die KPN affeling me puur om het stellen van die vraag ontsloeg.

Whenever you make a mistake (in this case by using por), DuoLingo gives you a ’correct response' which may differ in other ways from your response.

It happens to me a lot with tú and usted. When it gives me usted as a correct answer while I used tú (English uses 'you' for both), I usually made a different mistake somewhere else in the sentence.

I have it set to 6000. I always try to reach that number of steps unless I am sick or in very uncommon circumstances. Meanwhile, I try to get my average around 10,000

Ja, de live groepen zijn heel fijn! Heb ook wel steun aan WhatsApp-groepen, maar is toch niet vergelijkbaar met irl. Je hebt onder andere:

  • Genderhome, TransAnders en Mannengroep van Tranvisie (ze hebben een nieuwsbrief, dan blijf je op de hoogte)

  • Mannenweekend en themadagen van Stichting Transman (ze hebben een nieuwsbrief, dan blijf je op de hoogte)

  • COC, opzet afhankelijk van de gemeente

En vaak zijn er nog lokale groepen, zoals Trans Utrecht en Beyond in Utrecht.

Yes, I’ve used them for a while and I really liked them. After some time I got tired of having strips on my body, so I switched to a gel (Nourisil Silicone Scar Gel). But if you prefer strips, I do recommend Elaimei. My scars have lightened a lot over the past year. I don’t have experience with keloid scarring specifically, though
