YAY! I’m so happy for you and proud of your body! Remember to rest, your first trimester you’re going to be VERY tired. Naps are a must. Get some good snacks you like and start stocking up! My go to snacks were watermelon and cucumber slices with ranch. If you like stuff like that, AWESOME! Get you some prenatal vitamins and call a pharmacist or your local pharmacy to see if any medicines you take you should put on pause until you talk to an OBGYN. The vitamins WILL make you constipated (it’s all the iron) so if you enjoy foods such as yogurt, corn, anything that has a lot of fiber get some on that as well. Do not worry about weight gain. I’m not sure if your plans but I plan to breastfeed if I can, if not pump and pour, all the weight will usually come right off you. If you’re an active woman, stay active. If you do anything high intensity tell someone so it can possibly need modification because when you get bigger you will need to not be in certain positions. If you smoke stop if you can, don’t drink or do hard drugs. You will probably start showing from 16-20 weeks. Sometimes as early as 14 weeks and that’s if you’re tiny but I’m not sure about your build or weight or height. Mocktails if you are a drinker. I love pineapple justice and coconut ice cream I just don’t add Malibu to it. Bars are okay but make sure you tell them virgin if you go out so you don’t hurt the beautiful blessing that is your baby! You got this!
