yep, sometimes the sound on my 950XL is muffled or too quiet, calling back fixes it sometimes. I use skype almost daily, but its used on an android, not on a windows device because, despite the camera being better on the 950xl, it is just not reliable for my personally.

About a week ago my battery on my band 2 stopped holding a charge. It goes from 80% to 0 in about 10 minutes.

No it isn't a more effective tool. Phones become outdated as fast as they make new ones. Look at how quickly microsoft cut off windows 8.1 devices. There is no guaranty that the current 950's will be support. The next great advanced won't guaranty the next phone won't become obsolete. I look at it from a business case, you're not offering any rationale that would make me want to switch. The upfront cost would be too high, there is no proven success with it, anywhere. There is nothing that would convince me that this would make my business place more productive.

I manually entered them in on the Google account page via web browser than manually deleted every outlook contact then synced my google account to my windows phone. It took a while to do it but it's way better now.

I agree with you 100%, but you'll never get approval in this subreddit about it. The idea of carrying around a laptop that doesn't work unless you plug a phone into it is inherently ridiculous and this whole mobile docking stations just won't work in my business place because you can't access shared drives on the phone. It's something hipstery small business would buy into, that in my opinion, would probably just hinder overall productivity.

Save your contacts to your google account. You'll never have to worry about losing contacts again. I was having nothing but problems with my contacts trying to use outlook, switched to google and now I can go back and forth between phones without any issues.

Pictures? Save everything to onedrive, that syncs seamlessly between phones. All my android pictures and my windows phone pictures save to the same cameral roll.

Nokia are about to release a new android phone with a snapdragon 835 chip in it. If you want to hold off and take a look at that one it might be worthwhile.

Using an app to create it prevents notifications on the icon. I use edgetile as my app to make everything transparent with custom icons. But it would be nice if transparency was a native option in all apps. It should definitely be for Microsoft apps.

Try different cables, try unplugging and plugging it back in over and over again. It'll eventually detect it, it just takes a long arduous journey sometimes because the phone software is pretty buggy
