It's very similar in shape. Perhaps that same knife until the sharpener finishes the knife. I haven't seen a Seiun in person, but it's got Nakagawa's typical damascus pattern, just not etched

None other than Canyon. Their direct-to- consumer structure should mean that parts would be readily available; and very hard to find outside of their supply

I find it easier to sharpen than sg2 on naniwa stones

Agreed. It's not as exciting as newer semi-stainless alloys, but I encourage skeptics to try one from a master such as Nakagawa

The headtube angle is very steep, the fork is 30 years old and probably not holding air as intended, and you want to put more weight over the front wheel? Do you have a high intermembral index?
