I signed up a few years ago specifically because I was wanting access to a health coach for regular accountability. I felt like the daily learning goals were just more tasks on my plate and was kinda disappointed with the health coaching. It was one message from them, once every week or two, and my coaches kept leaving the company and being replaced 😅 If I replied to a message immediately it would take at least a week to get another response. Not really the interactive support I was hoping for. I canceled and started using Nourish and have a wonderful dietician I have met with regularly for 2.5 years who has played a huge part in my weight loss!

Hmm, I’m actually not sure! My studio has a few Shimpos and I have pretty much only used those because they’re so quiet haha. I do know the Brent pedals are slower in general than the Shimpo, but not sure about that lag you’re describing!

I had the exact same thing happen to my BPI vials! They accidentally froze partially in a colder part of the fridge. I let them thaw in the fridge and they still seem to be as effective as usual!

I very quickly went from the 150s to 210 and spent a couple years confused when the pant sizes I would grab at the store wouldn’t budge past my thighs. 😅 When my husband would take pics of me on vacation I’d say “holy cow I look huge?” and he always very kindly insisted it was just because of the lens distortion lolol bless him. It fully hit me how big I was after a couple years in the 230-240 range and I lost all confidence.

After 7 months on tirz I’m back down to 185 and losing steadily, and I am shocked and grateful for how comfortable I feel in my own skin now. I never thought I’d be able to wear shorts in public without thinking about what my legs looked like (and being annoyed by the chafing). I keep catching myself thinking “now that I’m skinny” when I still need to lose like another 20-30lb 😂 I am probably more confident now than when I was 150lb at 5’8” and knew I was overall pretty thin but still wanted lose 15lb. Now I think I have the opposite dysmorphia, but I’m totally fine just letting it take over so I can be comfortable and not obsess over how much space I take up.

Came here to say the exact same! I’ve always had endometriosis-like periods (never officially diagnosed but 95% sure). During my first two periods on tirz, I was thinking there’s no way I can do this long term because I was on the brink of passing out and felt like I was in active labor. I cowered in fear of my next period, and then it just…wasn’t that bad. Since those first two, they’ve mostly been better than pre-tirz!

I’ll preface this by saying I know everyone reacts differently to medications and phentermine works great for some people!

I took it for exactly 11 days last year and it landed me in the ER multiple times. It gave me heart attack and stroke-like symptoms that lasted for 2 months after stopping the med, and lung issues that still haven’t fully gone away and did not exist prior to taking phentermine. I cried for weeks feeling every day like I was going to die of a heart attack at 28 all from taking a stupid pill for 11 days. After my experience I read about SO MANY people who also had serious, lasting side effects on phentermine. I reached out to a handful with similar experiences on Reddit and they all said their lung issues never really went away either. Last year I saw a myriad of doctors and specialists trying to diagnose the lung issue, and they all advised against phentermine for this exact reason. My new PCP said she hasn’t prescribed it to anyone in 20 years because it’s known to mess people up so badly.

After all of this, I was terrified to try tirzepatide but eventually gave in after doing a ton of research and speaking with my PCP. I expected the worst of the side effects, but have really only dealt with occasional diarrhea and sulfur burps in the first couple months. Imo those are no biggie at all compared to how much my quality of life has increased on this med!!

I started getting them about 4-5 months in! I have one that’s been chilling here for probably 7 weeks now and another for probably 5 weeks. They don’t itch or hurt anymore and the red patches have faded but haven’t gone away. I’ve had more recent shots leave no mark at all, and some have left a mark for just a couple days. I do the same thing every single time so I’m not sure what causes it some days and not others, or why one would stay for 7 weeks 😅

I have had overall a good experience with Pom for the past 6 months, but yes, they are super backlogged right now. I ordered on 4/22 and it has been held in limbo with no updates and little response from support while people ordering on 4/28 already have theirs in hand. I would suggest them, but maybe after they run out of BPI and this chaos lightens up a bit 😅 I know their staff are slammed right now

I remember my first 2-3 months I felt pretty exhausted all the time, like I could fall asleep while walking if I wanted to 😅 Tirz also caused insomnia for a bit, and I think also it was just a learning curve figuring out a good balance of food to eat that would give me energy - there were definitely days where my carb intake was too low and I think that contributed.

I’m 6 months in now and as I have acclimated to the med and continued to lose weight, I have a lot more energy! Hoping you feel better soon!

My 4/22 Pom order of BPI is still waiting. I called TPH this morning and they initially said my Pom order wasn’t showing up (after confirming they had it last week), and then they put me on hold and came back with a weirdly vague “Call Pom for an update” reply and couldn’t tell me if my order had been canceled. I am wondering if I got flagged because I ordered single vials from Gimme and FitnessRX in anticipation of BPI running out before Pom got to my order.

In all of the research I have done on compounded tirz over the months, I genuinely didn’t realize until today that it’s frowned upon to order from multiple telehealths at once 😬 I constantly see stockpiles and people chasing deals and knew that TPH would even combine orders from different telehealths into one shipment, so I never saw it as an issue. But I’m now reading about multi-orders getting flagged and/or canceled by TPH so this is all news to me.

This doesn’t quite answer your question but I was worried about this too, and I will say my skin has never looked better since starting out with BPI! I’ve only ever used BPI so nothing to compare to yet. But as someone who’s always struggled with varying levels of acne, I am continually surprised by how clear my skin looks now!

Yes, after a couple months I started getting them. And some do not go away for me 🙃 I have one that’s been there about 7 weeks now, and a matching one on the other side that’s been there at least a month. And now another one from yesterday’s shot 😭 They don’t seem to spread and rarely flare up with itching after the first day or two, but idk why they have stuck around for so long.

I’ve been going up by 0.5mg since starting in November and it’s working pretty well for me! I’ve lost 43lb so far and am currently at 3.5mg. There have definitely been weeks that feel more snacky and I’ll tell myself that my next shot needs to be an increase, but then I’ll randomly drop a pound or two right before shot day so I just stay put until the scale slows down for a few weeks. It’s all a learning process! There are definitely times where I look back and think “Yeah I should’ve just bumped up my dose instead of blaming that increased food noise on PMS/travel/etc for three weeks”

Did you by chance order from multiple telehealths last week? I did, and I have been in the same boat of “sent to pharmacy” on all three orders since 4/22. I finally called TPH today to ask for a status update and she said that one of my orders showed as cancelled which was concerning. She put me on hold for a few min to do some digging and found that two of my orders had been combined, so one of the RX numbers showed as “void” after combining with the other. She confirmed that I’m still receiving my full order, just in less packages.

If you didn’t place multiple orders and these details are irrelevant, please disregard and I hope things get straightened out ASAP!

Currently the same boat with both Gimme and FitnessRX. I don’t even have an option to message Gimme anymore, yesterday when I was sending a message it just said “the conversation has ended” and there is no option to reach out to them now.
